Spring in Montana involves a lot of fits and starts. It can be hot enough one day that it makes you worry about the heat of summer. Then invariably the next two days are cold and snowy. For me that means while I brought all the set up materials for painting outside, I did not wear insulated coveralls. Back to reconfiguring the inside of my car as a studio.
That said, the view from my front seat is remarkable. Never boring. Still the mountains appearing and disappearing intermittently. Snow flurries and then rain flurries and then a spotlight of sunshine and blue sky.
Magnificent. And with the soundtrack of NPR.
